YOUR ACCOUNT

You may be required to create an account and specify a password in order to make purchases or use certain features on the Sites. You must provide current, truthful and accurate information when creating an account. Please keep your account updated to reflect any changes.

Reminder: BEBI accepts payment per bank transfer or Paypal, all banking charges to be borne by the customer. Terms are payment in full prior to shipment. All goods remain the property of BEBI until paid for in full.

PERSONALISATION POLICY

  1. All items are one of a kind and individual.
  2. For items are handmade, and there may be imperfections, each item is a piece of art and cannot be replaced with a duplicate one.
  3. All engraved and customized items are final sale. All engraved items will ship within 5 business days of an order being processed.

SHIPMENT POLICY

  1. We ship over 100 countries
  2. Free Shipping upon your order over $199 .  ($29 delivery charges will be applied if order amount is less than the specified amount .)
  3. All our international shipments are fully insured, sent with a tracking number, and will be shipped 3-4 days after payment.
  4. Multiple Shipping Addresses : At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.
  5. Deliveries overseas may be charged in import tax or Vat (value added tax) according to your country’s specific law. These charges are hard to predict and are out of our control. Any charge of this kind will be paid by the purchaser.
  6. We will not be held responsible for delays or lost items due to customs or postal services, moreover if needed, you are responsible for picking up your item at your nearest post office or carrier Express station. We will only provide assistance on tracking cargo.
  7. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation has to be made by the party who placed the original order within 24h of placing the original order.  Notification via email will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing.

 

After 24 hours, an agreement for BEBI to sell goods to you is made as we accept your order. The description of goods, price, and applicable tax are agreed on between you and BEBI when an order is placed. You are responsible for the charges for transport, packaging, freight, and/or insurance of your order as reflected in the order summary provided upon checkout.

 

Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and you may not change or cancel them. BEBI reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of an offer or payment. BEBI reserves the right to modify or cancel a promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.

Ineligible for Certain Promotions and Policies

International orders are not eligible to receive certain promotions or policies, including but not limited to:

  • Free shipping
  • Free returns
  • Gift wrap
  • Fine jewelry repair
  • Promotions for products not eligible for international purchase & shipment
  • Promotions or gifts with purchase
  • Merchandise exchanges

PROMOTIONS

From time to time, BEBI offers certain promotional discounts, gifts with purchase, buy-one get-one free events, and other promotions. BEBI promotions are available while supplies last and may only be valid for a specified date and timeframe along with additional limitations and exclusions. In the event a promotion code is required, please present the code at checkout.

 

BEBI reserves the right to alter or cancel any promotion without notice. If, in BEBI sole discretion, a promotion is used incorrectly or being abused, BEBI has the right to cancel any orders placed and ban the usage of any further promotional material by such user(s). Only one promotional code per order.

CONTENT YOU POST

We may provide opportunities for you to post text, photographs, videos, or other content (collectively, “Content”) on the Sites for use by BEBI. You acknowledge and agree that you may only post Content if:

  • The Content does not infringe upon the rights of any third parties, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, trade secret, and publicity rights;
  • The Content does not violate these Terms and will not cause injury to any person or entity;
  • The Content does not include any information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers;

RESALER & WHOLESALE

Products from BEBI are updated seasonally with Various styles, if you are Internet celebrity blogger, Live streamer, or you have your own distribution channel for Jewelries.   Enquiries about volume discounts are welcomed. Contact our wholesale team at infobebi@163.com for more information.
