Products from BEBI are updated seasonally with Various styles, if you are Internet celebrity blogger, Live streamer, or you have your own distribution channel for Jewelries.   Enquiries about volume discounts are welcomed. Contact our wholesale team at infobebi@163.com for more information. 

A: If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Notification via email will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. Please contact Customer Service (infobebi@163.com). Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

For monogrammed and engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order.

AAs of right now, we are only able to accept one shipping address per order. If you need items to ship to different addresses, it would be best to place them as separate orders.

At BEBI, we believe the jewelry is just one part of the story. That’s why every order is delivered in a ready-to-give gift box with a unique essence card inspired by that particular design. Store it as a keepsake in your signature presentation box, or display it anywhere you need encouragement or inspiration.

At this time, we are only able to process one credit card per online order. (This includes Visa, MasterCard.)

Great! Login and head over to your BEBI account and select “My Orders” to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Don’t have an account?

No worries! You can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order and it will appear under “My Orders”. Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take a couple hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated next available business day!
